Stayed during summer. Very modern and new apartment. Beds not comfortable though (very starchy/noisy sheets when you make any movement). Booked though Expedia. I asked for a parking space to be reserved but no contact was made - not to even say that no more parks were available. I booked about two months prior to arriving too (very disappointed with this). Parking in Christchurch is a nightmare. But I guess the receptionist did try and help point out some places where we could park. We had some issues with our credit card but reception were very professional about this. Probably one of the few upsides to staying here. Apartment is walking distance to some cafes which is good because after we found a park, you really want to avoid moving your car because you know it s going to take forever to find another carpark. Perhaps because it s new and staff are still trying to get the hang of things (especially when it comes to communication!) I ve given this place the benefit of the doubt with 4/5 stars. Other than issues listed above, it was a decent stay with very good facilities.
