They have no idea what they sell: 1-I took a phone that "was equal to another samsung model". Not at all: this had for 2 sim and a memory card and the bq only for two cards. 2-they tell me that before leaving I put down a screen protector that "looks great and you do not need tempered glass". Lie: the first time the phone fell I thought it had broken the protector and tell me there is the screen and that "I should have also put the tempered glass" and to repair it they have to take it to Barcelona !! And I have to be 20 days without a phone and the repair is around 100. To all this I try with the insurance that also sold to me in promotion and with the first month of free "test", and as it had not passed the month of promotion, I called and to cover the arrangement had to remain a year with the insurance paying 2ypico .... I make a claim to the FNAC for the bad information in the sale and they tell me that they regret it etc and that the sellers tell them the information they should give about the protector, (which is not what they gave me my because I would have put a tempered glass and not the protector that did not work for anything) ..... They do not return the money of the protector or fix the screen or anything. I DO NOT RETURN TO BUY ANYTHING AT FNAC. DELIVERY AND POSTPARTUM SALES SERVICE
