My wife and I had a poor experience at your dealership this last weekend (17 Feb 2018). Syed Javaid was the client advisor working with us. He barely engaged us throughout the entire experience. He was consistently looking at and texting on his phone rather than engaging with us. He did not inform us about the cars we were looking at unless we asked a direct question or to criticize a competitor when we were comparing with competitor cars we had looked at earlier in the day.
He came across flippant and/or condescending regarding our interest in the M2s. At the conclusion of the experience he did not gather any information from us and seemed eager to see us go. He did not offer a card until we requested one from him before parting ways. Generally, at a minimum, he seemed apathetic that we were there and at worst, genuinely irritated that he was working with us. We went to Audi, Mercedes, and BMW in the same day and this BMW experience was by far the worst. As USAA members we were extremely disappointed to have this experience with a brand that is a part of USAA's car buying service. We are still highly interested in a few BMW models, but will likely be taking our business to another dealership due to this experience.
