The experience of purchasing a care remotely requires a transparent and honest dealership and sales people which is very hard to find. My experience at BMW of Nashville is what allowed me to purchase a car without even visiting the dealership. The sales person, Chad L. was an excellent salesman who not only provided me the details of the car, but also took a high definition video of the car to provide a visual of the physical appearance of the car. He not only took my calls and texts prior to the sale, but also post sales. This is not common and I have contacted a lot of dealers looking for my BMW and none of them were as complete or hassle free as my experience at BMW of Nashville.
