Only ordered internet. Thought we ordered unlimited. Apparently not we were charged overages. I called company on a Sunday when I got email saying I was 70% over. They said nothing they could do I would need to cancel and come back as a new customer in 30 days. Ok so on Monday set up with new company. Called to disconnect. My bill is now showing I owe$192. I am livid. I am going through the process of disconnecting service when she says I have to have my supervisor complete. I say ok.
He gets on phone and proceeds to promise me unlimited at a higher speed for same price I am paying now if I stay. That bill of 192 is a credit and I won t need to pay a bill till November. Ok I drank the kool aid. I believed every lie lie that poured out this salesman s mouth. Thank goodness my husband didn t. He went in and checked. Yep they raised it to higher speed for a higher price. Also that credit never appeared it remained a bill that yes we paid the overages. We did finally go with other company. Returned suddenlinks modum to be called everyday since to be asked why we left. Prompting me to leave negative feedback. The last girl we asked to put us on the no call list and she got angry and started yelling at my husband she could call and harass us for 30 days.
Now does that sound like a company you want to do business with?

In response to your reply to my review: I am wondering what you are going to do to change your way of doing things so everyone gets a 5 star experience. I noticed you did not disagree or argue anything I wrote because that is how your company treats customers. I find it sad that the area we live in does not have many options for internet. That we have to put up with deceitful companies that have a monopoly on their product. I have gone with Frontier. So far so good with them.
