Could they really try to make the people in their access booth a little kinder? They are despots and ignore you if you have any questions. If the person you come with does not appear in the directory on the computer where you register, you have already scrubbed yourself because they do not help you or guide you in the least. Or put a sign where it says, "the personnel that works here is only door openers, thanks for your understanding" and we get rid of problems.
