This hotel has ~200 rooms. I reserved a room with the name Deluxe Suite, Ocean View . They placed us in 1 of 8 rooms that face the parking lot of the hotel itself. Said another way - they put us in the worst room possible in the hotel despite paying for something else. Calling the room we stayed in a suite of any kind is a joke - it was a basic room in every way.
