The parking attendant working on 6/21 at 12pm at the Camden location was extremely rude. I did not have any cash on me and only had coins in my car. Thankfully I had $4 in coins but unfortunately $0.20 was in pennies. When I pulled up I told him I only had coins. He accepted the first $3 in quarters and dimes and nickels but got very angry when I tried to give him the pennies. I apologized that I didn t have any cash and this was all I had but he said just give him the $3 and he doesn t need my pennies. Then he proceeded to tell the person in line behind me I tried to give him 100 pennies and I m out of my mind.

This was really upsetting to me because he doesn t know anything about me or my situation. This man was the last Our Lady of Lourdes employee I interacted with and based on this interaction I would not recommend this hospital. If this is the type of people you employ I would not want me or a loved one going here for compassionate care in a time of need.
