Unfortunately I purchased the wrong version of this product and had to request a refund. I was contacted by customer service (thank you Diana!) who took immediate action with my request. They even proposed a special offer in an effort to keep me as a valued customer. I only wish other companies would provide such great service and attention. I am definitely recommending Reincubate to anyone who needs their products.
