Edit: After reading my review the company did email to apologize and offer free handling on my next order. So at least they are paying attention.

Received coupon in mail for "15% off order of $100 or more", decided to try the site. Ordered $200+ of chemicals. They pulled the old routine: "free shipping" but with an $11 "handling fee". Quickly realized I forgot to use the coupon, so called them immediately. After 20 minutes on hold they told me they'd take $4 off my order because my chemicals (shock) didn't qualify. Stated I should have read the fine print on the site (which I didn't bother to go look for, but it certainly isn't on the coupon). I asked to just cancel the order and they told me it already shipped - an 8pm order shipped at 8:20pm?! Shady, slimy. How do they remain in business?
