My experience with this business started out great...

My experience with this business started out great! Once the flooring went down all that stopped. The product they recommended and placed in our house began to have multiple problems soon after it was laid. They refuse to replace the flooring until the manufacture replaces the warranty. Meanwhile I m left with an inferior product and awful communication by the owners. It has been over a year without any resolution and 3 months without any communication from Lighthouse. If you are looking to use this businesss I recommend saving yourself the trouble and use someone else.

Shouldn t you stand by your product and if it doesn t hold up to your standards, don t you have enough integrity to replace it regardless of what the manufacturer will or won t do?

Here are the pictures of their work. You can see the foundation and great pattern they laid. Did I mention it has been over a year and they still won t come replace the flooring?
