We just purchased a 2020 Jeep Rubicon and the experience from start to finish was incredible. Our interaction with the staff as a whole, was great but our direct dealings with Phil (our salesman) and Caleb (the sales manager) were truly exceptional. They were great to work with, my husband (bless his heart) can be a tough sell but they humored him and without hesitation answered many calls, many questions and eased any concerns he may have had (first time Jeep buyer here). We opted to have the Jeep lifted as well as purchasing after market wheels and tires including other misc additions (Phil and Caleb assisted with all of these selections as well). The additions we made forced an immediate relationship with the service dept. our experience with the service department, more specifically, Ryan Stewart, was excellent! We are firm believers that the service department is the backbone of a dealership as this is where the buyers relationship continues, they did not disappoint! We highly recommend new Jeep and existing Jeep owners request the expertise of these fine gentleman as we are beyond satisfied with their knowledge and superb customer service.
