You're so disorganised and unhelpful, it actually hurts.
Every business on the planet got affected by the pandemic and the lockdown but you're handling it so poorly, it's painful.
I ordered a desk middle of June, like probably the rest of the planet, I get that.
Been told to wait until the 7th of July for delivery. Nothing wrong with that, delivery times were poor on every furniture website.
It never arrived.
I received a further email stating that my desk will now be received on the 27th of July or around. I guess okay?
Today I received a further email that you've cancelled my order due to manufacturing problems. Surely you should've known this by now, right?
You do realise that leading people on
like this is just unprofessional, rude and unhelpful, especially now when people rely so much on retailers to deliver their orders or let them know for sure from the start of something is out of stock.
Embarrassing.
