Charles Davidson worked on our family legal portfolio from the start of his employment at Fisher Meredith, initially as a paralegal, then as a trainee solicitor. The majority of the work was conveyancing, c 6 transactions. He was attentive, proactive and focussed. His personal engagement skills were excellent. He managed each transaction with tenacity while keeping risk management front of mind. He always demonstrated a can do sense of purpose and was exceptionally responsive. There were times at FM when (supervising) senior staff turnover in conveyancing caused extra pressure for him but he dealt with it effectively.

We aborted two purchases at a late stage thanks largely to Charles attention to detail in searches and document reviews.

He is always a pleasure to deal with, hence our decision to move our business with him to the new firm.
