Absolutely superior experience from beginning to end. I found Reliable at the Auburn Home Show and liked what I heard. We made an appointment and the sales person confirmed and was here on time. He spent time appraising my roof and came up with an estimate. I'll be honest that it was more than I had expected, but I realize I know nothing about roofing so had to take his word for it that that was the cost. He explained the quality of their products and what set them apart and that made sense to me. My roof already had two layers so had to be completely removed before the new tiles were installed.

We scheduled a start date, but, of course, mother nature had other ideas. We had rain and it ended up starting a month later. Everyone involved communicated with me and kept me informed. The people working on the roof went straight to work and did their jobs. What more could I ask!

Jeffrey Jamison was the roofer. He worked alone and finished the job in three days. What a hard worker! He took time with me to reassure me that I had chosen a quality company and a quality product. He even helped me re-attach my garage door opener when I had to open my door manually. He couln't have been nicer and was a pleasure to have working on my home.

The supervisors, Patrick Bedford and Bill Ridings, were in touch by phone and in person before, during and after the project. I would use their services with no hesitation for other projects. It was a painless, easy, satisfying experience.

My only "regret" is that I didn't choose a color that was dramatically different from my old one so that my neighbors would notice my gorgeous new roof!
