Ordered 278 dollars worth of tupperware from there...

Ordered 278 dollars worth of tupperware from there website. Got 28 dollars worth of the order back in december. When I called they said the rest of the order was on back order and I would have it before christmas. Now its February 26th 2018. Still have not gotten the order. Tupperware customer service will not refund and keep stating that the order was just shipped out, but they dont have a tracking number.
The people I talk to on the phone are horrible. They act like I am being unreasonable! Am I out of touch with reality? It 3 months the norm for shipping now a days?
UPDATE: after posting this they did send out the order! I got my order finally after 3 1/2 months. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 3.
