Justin Mclean Review of Ngroup

Some of the staff are good people, hiring practices are defunct, and judgment calls suffer because of it. Time management is a concept that has yet to be grasped and fulfillment of proffered scheduled hours were never once met, the only area where scheduling comes into play is making absolutely sure little to no overtime occurs. This is glossed over by random drawings for prizes that are a fraction of a fraction of what nGROUP would have to pay out in overtime if the promised hours were abided by. Not that this is a bad thing for overall moral but at the
same time it's more of a means to an end than it is employee appreciation and in my book it's bad juju ......
If you are desperate for work you could definitely do worse, but with a little effort you can most certainly do better, unless nGROUP can get it's ship running a little more smoothly.
I left myself due to hired in unqualified "supervisors" making the day to day work not worth being there which is a shame, the job was fun and easy. Hope whoever is reading this has a much better experience than I did, as mine wasn't terrible, which would mean you have landed in temporary quick cash heaven, Well on to not being hassled by people given too much authority too quickly This job was at Macy's on Gandy BLVD in Tampa FL where we learned and applied what was needed to stock, pick, pack, and ship orders using a Motorola Data Collection Terminal.
