I have just gotten off the phone with the corporate customer service representative of this scam business who essentially called me a liar when I told her I gave information to one of their location managers. They used my credit card recurringly without my permission which was the reason for my call. .. She also informed me the President of EZ Storage does not want to deal with customers and refused to give me his or her name and contact information. Will find somewhere else to service my needs.
