I took my desktop in because I had received a fail...
I took my desktop in because I had received a failing hardware message, and my computer couldn't load windows. I brought it in, and Chris was very kind, and thorough in letting me know the process, and that it would take 2 to 4 days for them to figure out what was wrong with my computer. After 2 days, I received a phone call stating that my network card had died, but the rest of my motherboard was working fine, and that they could install an external network card. The gentleman told me the price at that time, and that he would call back when it was done. Later on that evening I received the phone call, and I returned the next day to pick it up. When I arrived it was near closing time, and Sean was more than gracious to assist me, and answer my questions. Also there was another tech named Christian who showed me where various things were, and directed me in the right direction on the purchase of a router. Everyone was very kind and knowledgeable, and willing to help me out without seeming like I was a burden. Great customer service!
