I was not disappointed. The service team took the time to figure out exactly what was causing the car to randomly cut out. It could have been several scenarios, one more expensive than the next. They nailed it and cut the estimated charge in half by taking the time to solve the problem and not jump at the chance to "fix" it. I appreciate their patience, availability to answer questions and promptness in returning calls. Jordan is amazingly calming during a car crisis and so helpful. They have my business.
