We arrived just past 7pm only to find when entering the room that breakfast requests needed to be sent to reception before 7pm? Why wasn't this communicated before we arrived? We paid for breakfast and yet recieved no breakfast. In addition to this, no milk was provided in the room and the room itself was run down and tatty. Definitely won't be staying here again
