I had a great experience at Hotel Monaco. The staff were all kind and courteous and the common spaces had an interesting vibe. It's in a great location for tourists and pretty accessible by public transportation. The aesthetic of the room wasn't to my taste and I wish they'd made better use of space (there was a weird giant table next to the bed that you couldn't really sit at), but the bed was comfortable. Bonus: checkout wasn't until noon so it was great to sleep in after a work party!
