Cliff G. arrived bright and early this morning to check our furnace for us.

Our unit is 17 years old and Cliff advised us that he had found some issues with our Heat Exchanger.

He very professionally explained the situation to us as well as going over the options
we have available to us.

Never a good thing to hear that you have problems with your furnace but I will say
that Cliff took his time talking to my wife and I regarding our options.

We appreciate being treated with respect and Cliff being honest with us.
