I was thoroughly unimpressed with the appraisal they recently completed on my home and candidly, shocked at the value. Their comparative data set was stale and the appraiser clearly never went into the homes used as comps - you need to smell and touch the real estate to know its true value. It's reassuring to know I'm not the only person that's had poor treatment with this firm. That said, I encourage others to stay away from this group and use another service.
