THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE EVER SEEN. MORE THAN 5 days passed, still waiting to schedule a appointment to see the ref.
still no response. They gave us a number we called the local repair shop, they didnt pick up the phone, called many times, and left message
nobody picked up. Second they transferred, you barely understand what she says on the phone.Third LG scheduled somewhere
I called them they said it is far, they do not come, now after 5 days, I called, they say , they are working to schedule appointment....this is nightmare...
