I thought this was a nice hotel, rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The issues that we ran across is that the resort part was closed down to us do to maintenance, yet we still were charged an extra $20 a day for a resort fee. How can you charge a fee when we were not able to to access it? My other problem I have is that my sunglasses were taken from my room. I called their post and found, and can't even get as much as a call back from them. Location is great right in the heart of the Fremont Street experience. Because of the hidden fees, and the lack of customer service on my missing sunglasses, I'm not sure if I'd stay here again or not. If the Golden Nugget contacts me and tries to correct this, I will update my review, and raise my rating.
