Our experiences with Miele factory service were very bad.
Unfortunately, we often needed the customer service for our two washing machines (so-called professional devices for the hotel sector) and have accordingly gained a lot of experience. The last customer service engineer, Mr. Rosen ***** did not work, this one was incompetent (has completely verhornackelt on the washing machine, the poor door lock and has even a screw of the front cover simply worn) and has the already angry customer still a cheeky mouth attached. The last defect was reported to the customer service on Sunday 11.08.19, today is Friday the 16.08.19, 12:00 clock and no one was there so far. Vacation time back and forth, but from a so-called premium manufacturer like Miele, we expect a better and more professional support. It just can not be that five full working days go by without anything happening. That's why we do not understand why the company division is called "Miele professional". Actually we wanted to give 0 stars, but unfortunately that is not possible.
