Car dropped off at noon as requested so work guaranteed to be completed by 4:30 pm same day. It was not. Courtesy ride or loaner car request was denied. That day it was over 100 degrees and the place I waited in was closed. I ended up dehydrated & was taken to ER. After 3 days, the service manager returned call and said both services were available & doesn't know why I was denied.
