Simply put, do not buy a product from Twin Star...you will be sorry. Never have experienced worse customer service in my life...a total joke. My standing desk was stuck. They shipped a new motor. There's an issue with installing it. I have called 10 times, they promise a call back within a day or two from a technician. No call. I call back. No call. I call back. No one can help. No one can call someone who can actually help. No one has any authority to help. You are stuck with waiting for a call from a "technician" that will never come. You can talk to a manager...same response. Pathetic. DO NOT BUY A SINGLE ITEM FROM THESE GUYS. If you have a problem, you will never get an answer. You will be forced to use a defective product for a very long time. You will not get a solution from Twin Star International.
