I recently asked for their service to fix a problem with my maytag washing machine.

The problem with the machine- it is leaking. First time their technician came to inspect the machine and said the problem was with the drainage hose and that need to replaced as it is cracked.

I bought a new hose and asked a plumber to replace it. The plumber after looking at the machine said the water is not leaking from the hose. He then opened the back panel and discovered that the water leak was actually from the water valve at the back of the washer. He recommended replacing it.

I called back their office and placed the order for the part.

their second technician came to install the part. He replaced the part and confirmed the water leak will not happen again. When we asked to make sure the leak is completely fixed, he said , that will take 1hr and it will cost an additional 80 bucks. I was not willing to spent another 80 bucks, so i took his word.

On the first washing after the repair the machine completely stopped working and the water is still leaking.

i am totally upset with the quality of service they have given me.

I think their technicians are not qualified to do the repair.
