When the call first started I was upset and wanted to cancel my policy ,but because she had empathy and took her time to explain to me the break down of the increases. I chose to stay. Please keep more employees like her ! She delivered and went above and beyond for me and I appreciate that. The company produces excellence and it showsl!!!!!! keep it up
