Numberous infractions at this hospital. Letting a OD patient leave AMA. After being brought in by EMS via PD. No insurance information was exchanged, He left didnt know where he was, thank God he had his phone. 5 miles to home. Passed out in a park was mugged, woke up in puddle because it rained. Then the bills start. Too late to give insurance past 90 days requirement. Still getting a bill for no service rendered.
