My review for August 2018 refers only to the rooftop bar. There was a feeling that there was more staff on site than guests - so a quick service should be possible. We waited 15 minutes for the card. There was enough time to look at the misery all around us from above: a dirty and aging environment. The hotel did not make a great impression. After some time we had our drinks - not much for a lot of money and it was not even special. We wanted the bill - we said that twice ... After 20 minutes we got up and went straight to the chatting waiter. Here private conversations were more important than the guests. We gave him the money. We received change with deduction of his tip, which we did not want to give him. When I wanted to speak to the manager, he finally gave us the remaining money back very quickly. Never again!
