I am highly disappointed. When leaving Affinity I asked my direct supervisor if we got paid out our sick and vacation time. She says of course. Took me many months to accumulate 40 hours of sick time. I believe in having a strong work ethic. They refused to pay out the sick time. Even though I earned it, and had reason to use it my last two weeks there. My boss even verbally told me it would be paid out! However, I showed up to work everyday. Evidently, affinity must need that money more than its employees. They don't pay out sick time, which is legal. Just not the right thing to do to its employees.
