ordered a brand new stewart. when it arrived, there was a spot where the glassing on the rail was cracked. they blamed it on the shipper and wouldn't take the board back or offer any discount. their policy is "once it leaves our shop, it is no longer our responsibility."

they indicated that a manager or Bill would give me a call. never bothered to do so.

don't ever have them ship you a board.
