We are so impressed by our experience at Broomall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Our family member entered under difficult circumstances following an out of state surgery. All the staff was so kind, attentive and welcoming. The admissions team was excellent and gathered information ahead of time so that on the day of admission, we could focus on our family member. The nurses, CNA s, and the wonderful woman at the front desk made us feel supported from the moment we walked in. The Therapy dept. did immediate assessments which gathered such helpful information. It was a difficult day to face, but each step of the way, this beautiful facility and staff made it better. Much thanks!
