Ipsos is a decent survey company. The surveys are okay, but sometimes they can be repetitive and lengthy. The rewards are fair, and I appreciate that they have a variety of options for redemption. However, I had some issues with customer service, as they were slow to respond to my queries. Overall, Ipsos is average, but there is room for improvement.
