I recently opened an account with this bank and overall had an okay experience. The website is user-friendly and has some helpful resources, but the customer service could be improved. I had to wait a bit longer than expected to speak with a representative, and the responses were not always very detailed. On the positive side, the online banking platform is easy to navigate and has good security features. However, I hope they can work on enhancing the in-person and phone customer service to provide a more efficient and personalized experience for customers. 😊🏦
