One of the best hotels in the city in my opinion. This was my second stay and staff was always friendly and made me feel welcome and at home. They try hard to make every guest happy. The corner deluxe room I got upgraded into was amazing. I would call this room already a suite but it's just a deluxe room at the Grand Hyatt. I am really curious what their suites look like. A perfect stay as always. Thanks Hyatt.
