I stayed at Twitchen House in a silver caravan and paid extra for 2 more children. The caravan was filthy and hadn t been cleaned although we were told it had. We were told to leave and come back but still it hadn t been cleaned and had to wait another hour. The pools here are freezing and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Woolacombe Bay was gorgeous with beautiful views. The pools were great and a lot warmer and the staff were lovely. Can t comment on the caravans there though but I would not return to Twitchen House.
