Great staff that really care about the kids. The price is reasonable. Sometimes they even do field trips. There are 3 main issues that could be improved. First, even if your kid goes 1-2 days a week, you must pay for a full week. Also, the management just can't get it together. The leaders changed 4x since we joined last December. Each time, there are issues with billing, communication, management and consistency. The other issue is communication in general. Thwre have been several days where there was important information not shared with the parents such as the need for extra food, field trips or cash on hand where my kid went unnecessarily hungry. I am hoping that these are simply growing pains and things iron out. My kid really njoys the program and makes good friends there. My kid loves a few of the young people that are truly exceptional with him. (Staff)
