I called in for someone to pick up an injured stray cat and it's been 3 hours since i initially called for someone to pick up the cat. I called multiple times and the operator had confirmed my address with them and she had also confirmed that someone would be sent my way but no one has shown up yet. It's the summer time and it's humid and hot outside and the poor cat has to be outside until they arrive on scene.
