I have been a loyalty customer with TD and Acadia. I hit a pot hole, since the pot hole is an inanimate object, they made it an accident and my insurance went up 40%, I looked up insurance and the definition didn't seem to fit. Now, I want to move my cottage insurance to a new one and add a new truck, so far, I have been on the phone a total of 174 minutes and no answer.
