Pro tip: use their concierge. They may have special deals with some wineries that you can take Advantage of

We stayed in a vineyard suite. We were upgraded on their room rate of $199 which included a 20% off spa and all food eaten at the hotel. Fantastic deal.

There was one standout attendant when we first arrived. I have been here many times in the past though it's been a few years since my husband moved away. That is the friendliness that I was used to. The other bellboys/housekeeping was much more quiet and reserved. Not sure if that's more expected since Fairmont changed over to Accor hotels chain.

The concierge was amazing and front desk staff was very good.
Lupita was most helpful after a stressful time dealing with my visa infinite concierge.

Rooms were well appointed as usual. When we got there the coffee maker was broken though we didn't realize it at first (we do not own a Nespresso). On the third day we finally informed the front desk and they had someone there within the hour. It wasn't a big issue since there is free coffee in the lobby and we just went there instead.

Take advantage of the free coffee in the morning
As well as the free wine tasting from 430pm-530pm every day in the lobby.

There are other small benefits like free umbrellas to take with you when it's raining, portable Chargers, and free shuttle service to the square
