My wife and I wish to thank Mary J Rider, Alan Eckert and West Bend Mutual Insurance Company for their work at getting us reimbursement for our deductible as a result of an accident on 01/06/2020. The attention our case was given along with all employees we dealt with during this ordeal and the receiving of the reimbursement check showed us what an outstanding company this is. We want you all to know that in todays world it is very reassuring to know there are still companies and employees that do just what they say they will try to do.
