My car broken down on me on the veteran highway. I had to get the car towed from there to elder ford dealership. Where I was greeted by new faces, they tried to get me into a rental that I had to paid out of pocket. When in the past I was given a rental with no cost. Which left me without a car and unsure when my car will be look at because I didn t have a appointment. So emergency is not important than appointment. I m a long time customer since 2013 and I m very disappointed and dissatisfy with there current service. I will never buy another Ford s again.
