Ended up calling Spengler for a deep clog in the kitchen sink pipes. Corey and Stephen showed up to fix it, and I also asked them to look at a cracked outdoor faucet. I asked a lot of questions and they explained a variety of options and costs, looking to save me money. They fixed the clog and provided advice on preventative maintenance to avoid having to call a plumber out in the future. Later that day, Mike came out to replace the outdoor faucet, ensuring the old problem that caused the issue was corrected and also offered advice on preventative maintenance. No one likes unexpected expenses, but I was pleased with the work and the advice provided.
