Very, very expensive for an extremely poor service...

Very, very expensive for an extremely poor service. As soon as they got their hands on my money Ian just didn t bother responding to my calls and emails any more. Very slow (1x full week) to write up a single point report that any builder could have done in a forenoon. I had to report them to RICS in the end as it was a truly terrible experience. I am utterly unimpressed and will not be using these amateurs again.
