First of all: If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would do it.
I keep chasing after my parcels at DPD. At one point it says the recipient could not be found. This has already happened 3 times. I can't help it if the deliverers are not trained, which means c / o on an address.
You get a message telling you when it will be delivered, you look out the window, no DPD in sight, suddenly Naxhricht: We did not reach you. It was particularly bad during the lockdown, as I was not allowed to leave the apartment because of a high-risk patient. When I asked for a second delivery by phone (is possible with all other delivery companies), one was unfriendly on the phone. Of course, I didn't have a pick-up slip either, which means another fight when I pick it up.

Today in a rural area, the driver drove to all the neighbors. Since I urgently need my package, I went out into the garden to pick it up. But he drove by quickly and did not see me. Then the message that it is deposited at the storage location. The package wasn't there. Call DPD. Horror! Another unfriendly employee. She says she can only see what I see. Then why should you call. You are quite unfriendly: I sent out a driver survey, you received an email. I said that I needed the package urgently and when I could expect a response. It takes 48 hours.

I can only recommend everyone to avoid DPD.
