I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I had liposuction done here in Feb and during my consultation the Dr and staff seemed lovely. Everything seemed fine, until after I had my surgery. COVID happened so I never got to go in for my check up consultation. When restrictions eased up a little, I emailed and no one responded. Weeks went by so I called. I got put on hold, then the same woman picked the phone up again and said, oh sorry I didnt mean to pick up this line and hung up. She didnt put me back on hold, she HUNG UP on me. I had to call back, and she put me on hold again and then a guy answered and had no idea who I was or what I was trying to do so I had to explain it all again and then got passed on to a third person. She told me the Dr. was in Italy and wouldnt be coming back until border restrictions eased. Once Italy was off the restricted list I called back and they fed me the same thing, even though Italy is a green list country. Hmmm interesting. I have now looked at their site and the Dr. who did my procedure isnt even listed as a team member! I Googled him myself and he doesn't even work at Avoca. So I dont know if he was just a visiting surgeon for a short time there or if he has left that clinic. But now I have to try to get in contact with him because my results are HORRIBLE. My stomach is so uneven, I went in there to get some fat removed from my lower stomach and fat was only removed from one section causing a split in my lower stomach, so now if i sit down, it looks like I have a weird lower stomach because it indents where it was over "lipoed". My arms and upper back where I had wanted the procedure done, look bigger! My back fat did not go away, the rolls divided into more rolls and my arms, I dont even want to talk about. So, if you come across a Dr. Viel, do not go to him, and def do not go to this clinic. It should feel welcoming and you shouldnt feel like a burden to them.
